Talent Experience Intern Vollzeit
Your mission
We’re looking for a Talent Experience Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team! You’ll help us deliver a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate, while learning how recruitment works in a fast-paced, international environment.
What you’ll do
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate schedules and changes to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist with improving and streamlining scheduling processes
Who you are
- Currently studying or recently graduated, with an interest in HR or recruitment
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
