Our experience serves as a #valueadder for the 8.7 million people that use our services daily: In the core of the IT operations of the Austrian social insurance system, IT Services of the Social Insurance GmbH (GmbH) integrates packaged social insurance competence, efficiency, and security. Our #heartofdigitalization is as diverse as our shared vision of crafting a digital future: We support our value-adders in their day-to-day work by actively fostering diversity and recognizing and promoting their originality. 

As a capable coordination and control center, our goal when we were created in 2004 was to lower IT costs throughout the social insurance system while simultaneously improving service quality. Nearly two decades later, GmbH is a leader in technical development and THE force behind the digitization of the Austrian healthcare sector.

During the coronavirus pandemic, we were able to show the great degree of flexibility and additional value of our digitization solutions: The e-vaccination certificate created by ITSV GmbH is the cornerstone of the pandemic response, with more than 20 million entries. The official app for carrying out access control is our GreenCheck app. 

But we also prioritize long-term technological advancement. For instance, we are working closely with entrepreneurs in our Innovation Hub while simultaneously concentrating on artificial intelligence (AI) projects.
