Project Manager Autonomous Driving (m/f/d)

To enable autonomous driving, electric drive functions and advanced driver assistance systems, our leading customer Audi as well as other well-known partners trust in our technical innovative strength. As we trust in the competences of our employees, you as a Project Manager will be leading a team of professionals, reaching our ambitious development goals and satisfying our valued customers and partner companies.

Your Tasks

  • Management of complex, safety critical automotive ECU developments and integration projects
  • Controlling of technical discussions, strategic decision-making and taking over organizational management tasks
  • Comprehensive and professional project planning and controlling
  • Leadership of employees, coordination of development partners and/or subproject managers in our development departments
  • Proactive risk management throughout all project phases
  • Providing ongoing customer support throughout the whole project
  • Consequent execution of TTTech project management and quality standards
  • Ongoing and predictive reporting to the head of departments

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical field of study
  • Several years of project management and technical customer service experience, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Profound technical knowledge in the field of ECU development or software integration
  • Knowledge in automotive quality and safety standards (ASPICE, ISO26262)
  • Experience in project controlling
  • Management personality with a pragmatic approach and goal-oriented way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action taking combined with an appreciative leadership style
  • Excellent command of German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 %

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
